SWIM:
The Swim takes place in False River starting at the Morrison Parkway boat launch. The course is an 800 meter out and back course. Previous years races have been wetsuit legal. This year the race will be held a few weeks later than previous years so the race may not be wetsuit legal. Please prepare for both.
BIKE:
The bike course is a flat and fast 30k (18.6 mile) couse starting and finishing in downtown New Raods.
RUN:
The run course is a 5k (3.1 mile) point to point finishing at the Point Coupee Recreation Center.
